At Upper Notes, we aim to provide a reliable and transparent shopping experience. Please review our exchange policy before making a purchase.

Exchange Window

Exchange requests are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible.

Eligibility for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused and unopened
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Products with a broken seal are not eligible for exchange
  • The item must be returned in the same condition as received

All exchange requests are subject to review. Requests that do not meet the above conditions may not be approved.

Refund Policy

We currently do not offer refunds.
Only exchanges are provided in accordance with the conditions outlined in this policy.

Exchange Delivery Charges

A delivery fee of AED 30 applies to all approved exchange requests.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Our team will review the issue and assist you with a suitable resolution.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery via email or WhatsApp
  2. Provide your order number and reason for the exchange
  3. Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility
  4. Return the item in its original condition as instructed
  5. The exchange delivery fee of AED 30 will apply
  6. Once approved, the replacement item will be dispatched
