Orders & Shipping

Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 0–1 business day and delivered within 2–5 business days (Monday to Saturday), depending on your location within the UAE.

What is the shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders of AED 200 and above. A flat delivery fee of AED 20 applies to orders below AED 200.

What is the order cut-off time?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GST – Dubai time) are processed on the same day.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Yes, address changes can be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact us at order@uppernotes.com or call/WhatsApp +971 55 320 6550.

Exchanges & Returns

Do you offer refunds?
We currently do not offer refunds. However, we accept exchanges within 7 days of purchase, subject to our exchange policy.

What are the exchange conditions?
To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The product must be unused and unopened
  • It must be in its original packaging
  • Products with broken seals are not eligible

An exchange delivery fee of AED 30 applies.
